Job Introduction

Location: Working at Whitstable & Blean locations
Hourly rate: £12.75 per hour
Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours) (Waking Nights included)
Training Provided: Full training provided and an opportunity to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
Required: Full UK manual driving licence

Supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities means embracing their unique journey. Every day brings new opportunities to explore interests, from a peaceful walk in the park to enjoying a favourite café or engaging in their hobbies. Your role is to empower and connect, helping them navigate life with confidence and independence.

The gentlemen you will be supporting at these locations enjoy a variety of hobbies, including shopping, going for a drive, music, golf, theme parks, swimming, cinema and relaxing in the back garden on a nice day.

For this role you will need to have a full UK manual driving licence and be willing to drive a mobility vehicle. You will also be required to work a combination of days and waking nights, working at our locations in Whitstable and Blean.
