Full job description

Are you very Organized, Passionate about details? Do you love paperwork ?

We're looking for someone to come in and join our team to help with a lot of the admin duties. Great attention to detail is essential. Lots of Experience in the work place and ability to deal with problems is essential.

Duties to Include matching up invoices, making sure orders come in on time, making sure orders are processed correctly with suppliers, updating systems with correct pricing and lots of other admin details. Dealing with customer problems in a calm and mature way.

If you have experience with xero or bookeeping, even better.

We also would like you to help on the shop floor with customers and if you're great at customer services, that would be a massive advantage.

You will also be helping with deliveries and carrying things to customers cars.

This is a Part-time post but we would want you to be able to work Saturdays on a regular basis.

We're looking for a special person that can fit in with our amazing team and help us deliver outstanding service to customers.

You must be available all year not just term time.

This position would ideally suit someone with life experience and people skills who is also loves organizing,
