The role

You’ll start with us a Receptionist/Front of House Assistant, where full training will be provided. We’re not looking for people with years of experience or heaps of qualifications — just passionate, hard-working individuals who are ready to confidently welcome customers and support them throughout their visit.

As you grow into your role, you won’t have to stop there. We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities across the business, alongside hands-on support from experienced Opticians and Technicians to help you build your skills and confidence. Our store

The Lichfield Specsavers store is a busy, customer-focused optical and audiology environment, committed to delivering outstanding clinical care and service. Located in the heart of the community, the store prides itself on offering a welcoming and professional atmosphere where patients receive expert advice, high-quality eye care, and tailored solutions to meet their individual needs. Conveniently situated with excellent public transport links, including close proximity to Lichfield City and Lichfield Trent Valley train stations as well as local bus routes, the store is easily accessible for both customers and team members. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, development, and continuous improvement, the Lichfield store provides an engaging workplace where colleagues are supported to grow and deliver the Specsavers values of quality, affordability, and care.

The team at the Lichfield Specsavers store is friendly, supportive, and highly experienced, creating a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. Made up of skilled optical professionals, retail advisors, and clinical experts, the team is passionate about delivering excellent patient care while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. Colleagues work closely together, sharing knowledge and supporting one another to ensure the best possible outcomes for every patient.
