Marketing Executive

Location: UK Rotherham (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Department: CMD / Technical

Salary: Competitive + Bonus

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join CMD, a long-established UK manufacturer specialising in power distribution, workstation power and ergonomic solutions for commercial spaces.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on role supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, events and a wide range of marketing assets across the UK. You’ll play a key part in bringing campaigns to life and supporting activity across multiple product categories.

This role suits a capable, organised marketer who enjoys variety, works well with others and is confident turning briefs into high-quality marketing output. Experience in a product-led or B2B environment would be beneficial, but we’re equally keen to hear from proactive marketers with strong communication skills and a practical, can-do approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

Campaigns & Marketing Support

Supporting the Marketing Manager with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
Assisting with product launches, campaign rollouts and marketing activity plans
Ensuring marketing activity aligns with wider business and commercial objectives
Working closely with sales, product and other internal stakeholders

Content & Brand

Creating and coordinating marketing assets including brochures, presentations, email content, case studies, social media content, adverts and sales support tools
Helping develop clear, engaging messaging that highlights product features and customer benefits
Supporting brand consistency across online and offline channels
Assisting with website updates and wider brand communications

Digital Marketing

Supporting email, website and social media campaigns
Assisting with briefing, creation and rollout of digital assets
Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to reporting
Sharing ideas to improve visibility, engagement and effectiveness

Events & Product Launches

Supporting the planning and delivery of exhibitions, customer events and launch activity
Coordinating marketing materials and assets for events
Working with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
Representing the CMD brand professionally at events when required

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a marketing role (Marketing Executive level or similar)
Experience supporting campaigns, content, events or product launches
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
A proactive, hands-on and collaborative approach
Strong attention to detail

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience in a B2B, manufacturing, electrical or product-led environment
Experience creating sales support and campaign materials
Familiarity with websites, email marketing, social media or reporting tools
Interest in product marketing, workplace solutions or commercial interiors
