Service Desk Support

Reporting to: Service Desk Manager

As such, this role will include duties that revolve primarily around service support but will also include other aspects of the business.

Description:

Provide support to all aspects of the business when required, but mainly to the service delivery team. The role will be varied but primarily focus on helping NBC achieve SLAs for some of our reactive ticket requests.

Objectives of the role:

· Take full ownership of the ticket handling process for a customer. Be the “go to person” for queries and help build the relationships.

· React to the ticket requests and follow internal processes to allow you to excel in the role.

· Schedule the tickets that you are responsible for into our operation teams diaries.

· Answer incoming calls and direct any queries as required.

· Become an intrinsic part of the support team for the business and be seen as a real asset to both those in and outside of the office.

Responsibilities

This is a key role that provides invaluable support to the ongoing capability of the business within all functions and provides a stable foundation and enhanced capability for future growth within your personal development.

Experience:

· Customer service skills are an advantage but not essential. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, full training will be provided.

· Organised, diligent and the ability to take responsibility.

· Likes a fast-paced working environment.

· Ability to take ownership of something and make it better.

· Work well under pressure.

Hours and place of work

This role is office-based, working out of the Chelmsford office to the hours of 9-5

Remuneration

Salary offered is £27,000 Per Annum.

Annual Leave:

The annual leave entitlement at NBC starts at 20 days plus Bank holidays per annum, this will increase 1 day per year of service up to a maximum of 25 days plus Bank holidays per annum.

Pay: £27,000.00 per year

Experience:

CRM : 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

United Kingdom (required)
