We're looking for someone who loves turning conversations into opportunities. Whether you're leading a discovery call, developing a winning proposal or presenting a new TikTok strategy, you'll enjoy helping brands solve challenges and supporting the continued growth of SNS.

As our Growth & Strategy Manager, you'll become a key part of our commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading strategic conversations and turning opportunities into long-term client partnerships. As a leading social-first agency, many of our conversations focus on TikTok strategy, TikTok Shop, creator partnerships, social commerce and content-led campaigns, so you'll play a key role in shaping innovative, platform-first solutions for brands.

You'll have the opportunity to work with global brands, challenger businesses and household names, helping shape social-first campaigns that deliver real commercial results.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll own the journey from first enquiry through to pitch, helping shape marketing strategies that win new business. Alongside managing our inbound pipeline, you'll also support the agency's wider growth through marketing initiatives, CRM management, networking and identifying new commercial opportunities.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the commercial future of one of the UK's most exciting social media agencies. As SNS continues to grow, this role has a clear pathway to become Head of Growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full new business journey from inbound enquiry through to proposal, pitch and onboarding
Lead discovery calls, qualifying opportunities and understanding client objectives, budgets, timelines and challenges
Build strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted first point of contact throughout the sales process
Develop bespoke social media, TikTok, influencer marketing and digital marketing strategies alongside the wider team
Create compelling proposals, pricing, scopes of work and pitch presentations that help win new business
Own and continually improve the agency CRM, ensuring pipeline management, forecasting and reporting remain accurate
Collaborate with internal teams to turn client objectives into creative, commercially focused marketing solutions
Stay up to date with social media, TikTok and social commerce trends to ensure our proposals remain innovative and competitive
Support the agency's own growth through marketing initiatives, networking, partnerships and selected outbound business development
Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships through additional services and strategic recommendations
Represent SNS at networking events, industry functions and prospective client meetings
Report on pipeline performance, conversion rates and wider new business activity

Previous experience working in a marketing, social media or digital agency
Someone who enjoys building relationships and talking to people
An interest in strategy, business development and helping an agency grow
A genuine passion for TikTok, TikTok Shop, influencer marketing and the future of social commerce
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Curious, commercially minded and always looking for opportunities
Organised, proactive and happy juggling multiple projects
Experience with CRM systems or proposal writing is a must
