Full job description

Sales Administrator

Salary: £27,500

4-day working week – Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm

A well-established electronic design and manufacturing company, supporting customers from product design and prototyping through to production and after-sales support.

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and liaising with customers and production teams. This role would suit someone with good communication, organisation, and IT skills.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing customer requirements
Preparing quotations and proposals
Processing customer orders
Liaising with customers and production teams
Managing orders through to completion
Resolving customer queries
Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Skills & Experience

Strong organisational and communication skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Previous administration experience
Engineering or manufacturing experience would be beneficial but is not essential
Relevant A-Levels desirable

Package

Salary circa £27,500 depending on experience
20 days holiday, increasing to 24 days with service
Paid bank holidays
Pension scheme (5% employer / 4% employee contribution)
Free parking
4-day working week – Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm
