Full-Time Chester £25,000–£28,000 + Company Performance Bonus

About the Role
All Home Repairs 24/7 is one of the UK’s fastest-growing home emergency service providers — and we’re scaling fast. We’re looking for a driven, creative Marketing Executive to take the wheel on our growth strategy and help us bring our flagship product, the AHR Care Plan, to households across the UK.
This is not a support role. This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the marketing function of a high-growth start-up from the ground up — working directly alongside the founders, with real autonomy and real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and social media to drive Care Plan subscriptions
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to expand our reach and on-board new customers at scale
- Build and nurture relationships with partners and affiliates who can support our growth
- Identify and secure opportunities to feature the AHR brand on relevant comparison websites, maximising visibility and driving inbound customer acquisition
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to understand our position in the marketplace and identify opportunities to differentiate and capitalise on our competitive advantages
- Use design and content creation software to produce high-quality digital assets, marketing materials, and branding for the AHR brand
- Develop and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints
- Create compelling content that brings the AHR brand to life across all channels
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise for results
- Identify new marketing opportunities and pitch your ideas directly to the founders — if it works, we move fast
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with commercial goals

You Are
- Experienced in digital marketing — email, WhatsApp, and social media campaigns are your comfort zone
- Commercially aware, with the ability to analyse the competitive landscape and translate insights into action
- Familiar with comparison platforms and how to leverage them to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition
- Proficient in design and content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
- A natural relationship builder with experience in affiliate or partner marketing
- Data-driven, results-focused, and always looking for the next growth lever
- Creative, ambitious, and hungry to make your mark
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and moves fast
