Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Princess Performer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and performing in front of an audience, ensuring that every event is memorable and enjoyable for our guests. As a Princess Performer, you will be responsible for supporting the party host to make sure the overall experience of the party is exceptional. Following our training and guidance, you will engage with and entertain a large group of children and parents across various venues in the North West. You will bring endless energy to your work, highly proactive and a master of multi tasking. All eyes are on you and the birthday child get's one party so confidence in portraying your chosen character and hosting the perfect party is key.

Duties

Welcome guests upon arrival as your chosen princess character and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout the event.
Manage guest interactions with professionalism and warmth, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Entertain and perform our highly popular running order with confidence, energy and enthusiasm at every event.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery during events.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the event space before, during, and after the party.
Portray your chosen princess character with energy, enthusiasm and believable

Requirements

*Driving is essential for this role. Please do not apply if you do not have a full valid driving license and access to your own vehicle*

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.

Interviews will be conducted in 1 week with the owners of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for people who love to perform and entertain with the flexibility of managing their own schedules.
