Location: Vita Skin Spa, Winchester (St Peter’s Street)
Hours: full time (5 days a week - Or 4 days if preffered)
4 days a week front of house Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Plus 1 day a week in treatments (if wanting full time 5 days a week. Alternatively a 4 day front of house manager position is an option)
Role Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Manager to support the smooth running of spa operations. This hybrid role combines team leadership and a therapist role. Perfect for a therapist with managerial experience who wishes to step back slightly from the treatment room but still has a passion for treatments, as will be doing treatments 1 day per week. (option to not have a treatment day if happy with 4 days a week)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome spa, retreat day and spa day guests, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Host spa days — guiding guests through the schedule, explaining facilities, and enhancing their overall journey.
- Planning and organisation, alongside the spa director.
- Work alongside our part time manager and our weekend supervisor, with day-to-day operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest needs with professionalism and care.
- Assist with team coordination and supervision, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards. Rota and holiday management, as well as cash management.
- Help maintain spa presentation including reception area, relaxation spaces, treatment rooms and retail displays in line with Vita standards.
- Promote spa services, retail products and add-on experiences where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with therapists and colleagues to deliver a seamless experience.
- Work towards KPI's, alongside the spa director, including imporving rebookings, upsells and retail.
About You
- Friendly, confident communicator with a passion for wellbeing, hospitality and guest care.
- Enjoy working with people and can create a relaxed, professional environment.
- Experience in spa or beauty salon
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities with ease.
- Comfortable adapting to a varied spa day schedule.
- Management experience essential
- Beauty Therapist (if wanting 5 day week)
- Must have excellent multitasking skills and enjoy working with to do lists
