We are seeking a detail-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and support the team in delivering immaculate rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff on shift
Conduct daily room and public area inspections
Allocate tasks and ensure efficient shift operations
Monitor cleaning standards and guest satisfaction
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints where needed
Ensure correct use of cleaning supplies and PPE
Train new staff and support ongoing development
Report maintenance issues and manage lost property procedures
Support stock control and linen inventory management
