About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business PA & Payroll Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines executive support, office administration, and payroll assistance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of multiple responsibilities.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to senior management while assisting with payroll processing and ensuring the smooth running of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant Duties

Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
Organise travel arrangements and accommodation when required.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
Screen calls, emails, and enquiries, responding where appropriate.
Maintain confidential records and business information.
Assist with project coordination and general administrative tasks.

Payroll Assistant Duties

Support the preparation and processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data.
Assist with timesheet collection and verification.
Liaise with employees regarding payroll queries.
Support pension administration and statutory payroll requirements.
Ensure payroll information is processed accurately and on time.

General Administration

Support office operations and business administration.
Maintain filing systems and databases.
Assist with HR administration, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Help improve administrative processes and efficiencies.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Payroll role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
