Qualified Level 3 Practitioner for Pre-School

First Steps Pre-School Princes Risborough - Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) – Full time

Nestled in the heart of Bucks Princes Risborough area we have rapidly grown and would love someone to join our wonderful team as a Level 3 qualified. We are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff with bundles of energy and a passion for working with children. We are rated Good with Ofsted and offer a cosy home from home caring approach alongside excellent quality education.

Main responsibilities

You will be a support to Senior staff working closely with your team around you and with the overall running of the room.
Working as a team you will help to create and maintain a safe and supportive environment both indoors and out, which enables children to confidently explore, experiment and grow.
The observations you record and share will contribute towards the children's on-going learning and will influence the activities our core team plan.
Through positive interaction and purposeful engagement, you will ensure the individual needs of every child in your care are met.
We would require day to day liaising with parents, helping to support their whole family.
You would need to ensure there is a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children.
Supporting and maintaining daily routines.

Salary Negotiable
