Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Food Production Operative to join our team at our Warmley Bakery.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing & packing products according to instructions, ensuring the quality meets specified requirements, and recording production data accurately.

This role requires individuals who are hardworking, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high standard of work.

Duties

Packing products as per provided instructions
Preparing raw materials for packing & operations
Checking product quality
Recording production data accurately
Adhering to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

Previous food production experience is essential
Current work authorization in the UK
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well in a team
Capability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a bakery environment.
Understanding of work directions and Health & Safety in English
Ability to work on your feet for long periods
Punctual, reliable, and able to work rotating shifts (if needed)

Shift Pattern:

06:00–14:00
Weekend flexibility required
Full-time hours on a zero hours basis (40 hrs/week)
