Full job description

First Choice Drainage Solutions is a growing company operating within the drainage and plumbing sector. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the day to day running of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys being part of a dynamic operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Operations and Contract Managers to include;

Raising and processing job cards accurately and efficiently
Producing invoices based on work complete by the engineers and sending them to customers
Recording and maintaining daily attendance records for operatives
Assisting with administrative tasks as requested by the Operations and Contract Manager

Skills and Experience:

Have good knowledge of excel
Excellent numerical, computer and administration skills with a high level of attention to detail
Proven ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload whilst maintaining deadlines is incredibly important
A strong focus on customer service
Pro-activity and the ability to work on your own initiative
Able to communicate professionally with all levels of people with strong interpersonal skills
Experience of working on CRM Systems would be beneficial but not essential
