Overview

Join our team as a Coffee Shop Manager, where your leadership expertise will create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and inspire a dedicated team. This role is for someone who wants to take ownership and be a key part of the team . If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering quality service, this is your opportunity to lead with energy and enthusiasm.

Duties

Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
Lead, support and motivate the team
Opening and closing of the coffee shop confidently and independently
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Train team members on beverage crafting, food production, and customer service techniques
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Maintaining consistent high food,drink and customer service standards
Ensuring cleanliness, Organisation and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Making confident day-to-day decisions without needing constant direction
Communicating clearly and positively with the owner
Delegating tasks and ensuring the team remain productive at all times
Identifying and resolving problems proactively

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a coffee shop or hospitality setting
Strong background in coffee preparation
Experience working in restaurants, cafes, or hotels
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Excellent communication skills to coordinate staff and interact with customers effectively
Barista experience is highly desirable to ensure expertise in beverage crafting and customer engagement

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
