Fine Dining Dinner Server | The Gunroom Restaurant

Location: Plas Dinas Country House, Snowdonia, North Wales

The Vision

The Gunroom Restaurant at Plas Dinas Country House is not just a dining room; it is an experience rooted in history and driven by culinary excellence. As the former home of Lord Snowdon, we pair royal heritage with an intimate, world-class atmosphere.

Our kitchen team is currently dedicated to achieving our first Michelin Star. To support this journey, we are looking for passionate Dinner Servers who thrive in a high-performance environment and are eager to take our service standards to the next level.

The Role

As a Dinner Server, you are the face of our culinary ambition. You will:

Deliver seamless, sophisticated table service within an intimate dining setting.
Articulate the nuances of our seasonal menus and wine pairings with confidence and flair.
Work in lockstep with our long-standing, talented front-of-house team.
Provide a service that is technically flawless yet authentically "you"—we value personality over robotic formality.
