We’re looking for a Partnership Manager who can build powerful relationships, drive growth, and expand our reach across the UK. If you’re commercially sharp, technically confident, and passionate about sustainability, this is your next big move.

What You’ll Own

Grow and expand our IT Recycling customer base across key sectors
Build senior-level relationships with Heads of IT, IT Managers, Business Managers and channel partners
Develop and execute strategies that support revenue, profit, and long-term business plans
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and convert prospects into long-term partners
Understand customer needs deeply and propose solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure services are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard
Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams
Resolve issues quickly and professionally to maintain trust
Produce accurate forecasts, progress reports, and account metrics
Support our sustainability strategy and champion responsible IT lifecycle management
