Join a Market Leader

As we continue to grow, we are looking to recruit a Retail Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join our team at our flagship Wolverhampton site. Reporting to the Retail Contact Centre Manager, this is an opportunity to join a fast-moving business where customer service, teamwork and continuous improvement are genuinely valued.

The Role

This is a busy, varied and rewarding role supporting our retail customers from initial order through to delivery and aftercare. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in delivering excellent service every day. You will be confident working across multiple systems, managing a high volume of enquiries and balancing speed with accuracy. Just as importantly, you will be comfortable interpreting product specifications, understanding technical information and explaining it clearly to customers and colleagues. The role would particularly suit someone with experience in customer service, contact centres, retail operations, credit control or technical support. You do not need previous bathroom industry experience. We provide a full induction, structured training and ongoing support to help you become confident in our products, systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent day-to-day service to retail customers by phone and email.
Process customer orders, returns and account queries accurately.
Support customers with delivery, aftersales, replacement and spare part enquiries.
Resolve issues professionally, liaising with internal teams and manufacturers where required.
Maintain clear and accurate customer records across internal systems .
Interpret product specifications, technical information and diagrams to provide accurate guidance and solutions.
Investigate product or technical issues and recommend suitable outcomes.
Support product quality checks, compliance and reporting processes.
Contribute to team targets, service standards and continuous improvement.
Carry out other reasonable duties in line with the needs of the business.

Experience & Skills

Essential

Previous customer service experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident using computer systems and learning new processes quickly.
Strong attention to detail and accurate administration skills.
Ability to understand and communicate technical or product information clearly Calm, organised and professional approach under pressure.
Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer outcomes.

Highly Desirable

Background in credit control.
Background in technical support.
Experience handling complaints, aftersales or service cases .
Experience working to targets, KPIs or service standards.
