Commercial Manager

Location: United Kingdom
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role

Archit Pharma Innovations Ltd is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the company's commercial growth by developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, increasing revenue, and supporting the delivery of pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and quality consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase business growth and profitability.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Prepare, negotiate and manage commercial proposals, quotations and service agreements.
Lead business development activities and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify commercial opportunities.
Work closely with regulatory and quality teams to develop client-focused service solutions.
Monitor commercial performance and prepare management reports on sales, revenue and market activity.
Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations and commercial decision-making.
Contribute to marketing initiatives, promotional activities and business planning.
Ensure commercial activities comply with company policies and relevant pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills

Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
Experience in business development, client management or commercial operations.
Good analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is desirable.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Permanent).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
