Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated chef to join our dynamic culinary team.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs
Support food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen

Participate in food presentation and garnishing to meet quality standards
Contribute to team management by supporting colleagues during busy service periods
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
Assist with serving duties when required, providing excellent customer service
Support the supervision of junior staff or trainees as part of team leadership development

Experience

Previous experience in food production, catering, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
Experience in restaurant or catering environments is advantageous
Proven ability to work effectively within a team setting, demonstrating leadership potential
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary principles is beneficial
Prior experience in supervising or managing small teams is a plus but not mandatory
