Full job description

Location: Broomhall Farm, Worcester, WR5 2NT

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THIS LOCATION FOR THE SHIFT USING PUBLIC TRANSPORT, SO YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF TRANSPORT, SUCH AS A BICYCLE OR A CAR.

Shift pattern:

10:00PM - 06:30AM Sunday to Thursday

Salary: £27,247.47 per annum.

Annual leave: Total of 30 days pro-rata. (including 3 set shifts off: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve)

Contract: Permanent.

The Role: We're looking for dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our night team. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high standards our customers expect. You'll work in a refrigerated environment at Broomhall Farm, ensuring the precise picking and packing of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold accuracy in order picking, with a keen eye for product dates and traceability documentation.
Preparing pallets for dispatch.
Adhere strictly to health & safety, and food safety regulations.
Build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring a friendly and professional approach towards colleagues, customers, and site visitors, while working efficiently to meet team goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Proven warehouse experience, particularly in picking and packing roles
Familiarity with materials handling and warehouse management systems

Individuals with a strong focus and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
A detail-oriented mindset.
Team players who can build effective working relationships.
Comfortable working in temperatures between 3 and 8 degrees Celsius.
