Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal components, ensuring a high-quality finish and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail.

Duties

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking prior to coating application
Operate powder coating equipment with precision to achieve consistent coverage
Maintain and calibrate spray guns and other tools used in the coating process
Inspect finished products for quality, colour consistency, and finish smoothness
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
Assist with loading and unloading materials within the warehouse or production area
Perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation
Document work progress and complete relevant production reports accurately

Experience

1- 2 years experience in Powder Coating.

This role requires a proactive individual capable of working efficiently within a team while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Candidates should possess relevant technical skills and be eager to learn new techniques in powder coating processes.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
