Beauty & Skin Therapist Wanted – Join Our Award-Winning Luxury Salon!

Pay: £26,000 per year (£13.51 per hour) + additional monthly performance-based bonus scheme (earn up to an extra £2,400 per year on top of your basic salary, making your hourly rate up to £14.76)

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (part-time may also be considered on Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

Working Days (full-time):

Tuesday: 9am–5pm
Wednesday: 9am–2pm
Thursday: 9am–8pm
Friday: 9am–5pm
Saturday: 9am–4pm

Location: The Beauty Lounge Tettenhall, Limes Court, Wolverhampton, WV6 8RZ. Free nearby parking available.

Set in the picturesque Tettenhall Village, just 5 minutes from Wolverhampton city centre and easily accessible via the M54 and M6, our salon offers clients a sanctuary for beauty, wellbeing, and escape.

In 2025 we expanded upstairs, doubling our size to six beautifully designed treatment rooms. Our services include manicures, pedicures, gels, waxing, intimate waxing, lash and brow essentials, lash lift, brow lamination, massage and holistic therapies, facials, microneedling, nanoneedling, LED light therapy, chemical peels, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal and semi-permanent makeup.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Beauty Therapist to join our team. You should be NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) with ideally at least 3 years of salon/spa experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional client care.

Your role will include:
1. Manicures, pedicures, and gel nails
2. Waxing
3. Lash and brow essentials

4. Massage and facials

The following would also be desirable but not essential:

- Intimate waxing

- LVL lash lift and brow lamination

- Specialised massage (deep tissue, pregnancy, hot stones, reflexology and indian head)

- Advanced facials (microneedling, nanoneedling, LED light therapy, peels, dermaplaning)

- Laser (hair removal, tattoo removal and carbon laser facials)

Spa therapists fit in particularly well with our vision, as we focus on creating a restorative and escape-driven environment for clients.

Please note a valid qualification with certificate from a reputable face-to-face training provider is required and a copy must be provided at interview.
