Full job description

Job Overview

This role provides the chance to support the execution of promotional events and brand campaigns while helping deliver engaging customer experiences for our clients.

As part of a supportive and energetic team, you’ll assist with event organisation, venue preparation, customer engagement, and act as a key representative of the brand during campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a flair for marketing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales and organisational skills within a vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day coordination of live events and promotional campaigns, including setup and customer engagement activities.
Interact directly with customers to create positive brand experiences and identify potential opportunities.
Build strong customer relationships through confident and professional communication.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help improve campaign performance and customer outreach strategies.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
Previous experience in marketing or sales is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
Proactive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for events and community engagement
