Assessor Trainer in Early Years [Ref: WC2012]

Pro rata of £26,431 - £26,972 per annum (i.e. £13,215.50 - £13,486)

18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Apprenticeship Assessor to support and inspire apprentices working within the Early Years sector. You will guide learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, providing high-quality teaching, coaching, assessment, and feedback to help them develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for success.

Working closely with employers and learners, you will conduct workplace observations, reviews, and progress meetings, ensuring apprentices make sustained progress towards achieving their qualification and end-point assessment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring learner progress, and delivering engaging support that enables learners to reach their full potential.

This role requires proven communication and organisational skills, a strong understanding of Early Years practice and apprenticeship standards, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding learner experience. If you are enthusiastic about developing the next generation of Early Years professionals and are dedicated to promoting excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment, we would love to hear from you.
