Job Overview

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional assistance throughout their visit
Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations
Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper handling and hygiene procedures
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment
Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and specialty drinks with care and precision
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with customer service protocols
Hands-on experience in catering or serving roles helps in delivering efficient and attentive servic
Knowledge of food safety regulations ensures compliance with health standards
A background in food preparation or restaurant operations supports versatility within the team
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with diverse guests
Prior experience in hospitality roles involving food handling, serving, or catering enhances your ability to excel in this position

Pay: £10.85-£13.50 per hour
