Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated office administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various tasks within the organisation. You will provide logistical support to our team of field engineers as well as administrating workflows within the business.

We are trusted by some of the biggest operators in our field, making us a leader in catering engineering services across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with customers to keep them updated on jobs from start to finish.
Collaborate with engineering and administrative teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Administration of job sheets, quotations and invoicing
Administration of purchase ledger within accounts software
Prepare reports and KPIs for company directors.
Assist in managing client relationships and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Route planning and scheduling to optimize engineer efficiency.
Identifying required parts and ordering
Sales & marketing tasks to drive job numbers.

Requirements

Proven experience in similar roles.
Ability to learn using project management tools and software
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and inter personal skills
Detail orientated with high level of accuracy in work
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
