Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Site Agent to join our team. . This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects and focus on quality home.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring project are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Pricing, buying and ordering of materials.
Measurements on plans, check measurements.
Manage subcontractors effectively.
Monitor quality standards and compliance with health & safety regulations.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with the team.
Ensure accurate reporting and documentation throughout the project.
Work alongside our Project Manager.
Oversee our compound by inspecting materials and sorting into designated areas according to type.
Control any items or substances coming into the site via the compound.
Accounting for any items via delivery notes or invoices.
Distribute any items to trades.
Marking out, digging holes and trenches for services. Erecting hoardings, safety signs, barriers and preparing building materials.
Place any doors or doorframes directly into a plot when they arrive.
Preparing the house for air tests.
Placing vent covers on the external extraction vents.
Receiving and checking stair parts.
Opening & Closing of all fencing around the working areas of the site.
Weekly stock checks.
Keep site area clean and tidy.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Agent for house builders.
Strong understanding of sites, health & safety and quality procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisation skills.
Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Able to work as part of a team.
