You’d be working as a vital member of our national team of engineers delivering the top tier service that our customers expect.
We are looking for passionate engineers with an interest in technology, that believe they can contribute to the development and growth, helping to deliver our company vision.
How could you make an impact?

Maintain, repair and service commercial laundry equipment effectively and efficiently, minimising customer downtime
Ultise all the physical and virtual tools at your disposal to deliver excellent first time fix rates and minimise travel
Maintain van and van stock to a high standard
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Escalate customer issues through the correct channels and seek support as required

What we’re looking for

Previous electrical/mechanical engineering experience
Proven ability to work responsibly unsupervised
Investigative approach to fault finding
Willingness to learn new technologies
Brand ambassador that will be the face of the company
A self-starter with lots of enthusiasm
Team player
Flexibility
