Full job description

Production Line Leader

Main Duties :

.To support, drive and oversee the running of the production lines
Ensure product change overs are carried out in a smooth and efficient manner, utilizing the most effective use of time and labour.
Ensure product is produced to the agreed specification in alignment with all quality records being documented.
Accountable for the job understanding of tasks with the colleagues based on production lines.
Complete responsibility for line production documentation to be completed with right first time mind-set.
Work, and ensure others work, in accordance with Health & Safety procedures at all times.
Drive quality, ensuring that all quality checks are carried out and recorded in line with company systems & procedures
Record and report accurate information including production statistics
Liaise with site specialists (Engineering, Quality, Technical) to ensure line quality and performance is at maximum level
Supervision & training of agency workers

Essential Skills:

Able to do all roles on all lines
Attention to detail
Understanding of work based instructions
Able to demonstrate problem solving skills
Team Player
Good Communication

All the above will be discussed in more detail at the interview stage along with the detail of the highly competitive hourly rate.
