Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Support Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support to our customer service operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of client enquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT and organisational skills, with experience in sales administration and customer service. Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM software, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing orders and updating client information
Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to support team activities
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
Organise schedules, appointments, and follow-up activities to ensure timely responses
Support the team with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures in all customer interactions

Experience

Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within customer support or sales administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software
Experience with Sage or similar accounting/ERP systems is advantageous
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools
Organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Previous experience in customer service roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for specific systems used

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
