Full job description

Job Overview

Integra Insurance Solutions Ltd are an MGA based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, offering homeowner insurance products, specialist insurance schemes cover, as well as church and commercial insurance.

We have an opportunity to join our Facilities Team as a Facilities Coordinator on a 10 month Maternity fixed-term contract.We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the required competencies to fulfil the role requirements.

Monday to Friday 35 hours per week - 9am - 5pm
A competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience

Main Role

Responsible for reception, and aspects of facilities management.

Essential

Relevant experience in reception and customer service
Educated to a minimum GCSE grade 5-9 in English Language (or equivalent)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude
Team orientated
Telephony and customer care skills
Ability to demonstrate attention to details

Desirable

Relevant experience in facilities management
Knowledge of Health &Safety regulations

Principle Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day management of reception phone line
Ensure that all meeting room booking procedures are followed
Responsible for the procurement of office supplies and managing stock levels
Liaising with outside contractors
Liaising with the building facilities team - Bruntwood
Ensure all incoming mail is opened and distributed in accordance with internal procedures
Prepare all mail for collection
Any other ad hoc duties as required

Other Responsibilities

Personal integrity with the ability to ensure confidentiality of information, as governed by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Promote and support the delivery of good customer out comes at all times.
Promote and demonstrate the Company Values and Culture

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
