£27,976 - £28,288 FTE | Full Time (40 hours) | Hybrid (York base with flexible remote working)

We're hiring! Operations Administrator – Transform Your Training

Are you an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes?

Transform Your Training works across the UK with charities, public services and corporate organisations to develop and deliver expert, trauma-informed and values-led learning and development services. Through our award-winning Training 4 Influence methodology, we help individuals, teams and organisations turn learning into action, strengthening practice and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Following the award of a major new Department for Education contract, we're expanding our team and looking for an Operations Administrator to join us at an exciting time of growth.

Working across our wider operations function, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of the national Careers Adviser CPD Programme, helping careers professionals across England access high-quality training, development and peer-learning opportunities.

Alongside this project, you'll help keep our training, projects and day-to-day operations running efficiently, working closely with colleagues, facilitators, customers and delegates.

You will:

Support the administration and coordination of training programmes, projects and day-to-day operations, including the Department for Education-funded Careers Adviser CPD Programme.
Manage registrations, attendance tracking, learner communications, completion records and certification processes.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, digital filing systems and project information in line with GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
Respond to delegate, customer and colleague enquiries through shared inboxes and communication channels, helping to ensure a positive experience.
Prepare documents, reports, joining information and operational resources, and support webinars, meetings, events and learning activities.

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous administration experience in an office, training, education, customer service or project support environment.
Is highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities accurately.
Communicates professionally and builds positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and delegates.
Is confident using Microsoft 365 and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
Is proactive, adaptable and enjoys supporting others as part of a collaborative team.
Shares our commitment to high-quality, values-led work; experience in training, education, careers, employability or learning environments would be beneficial.
Training 4 Influence is the methodology our services are built on, so experience of this approach or willingness to complete the qualification would be welcomed. We will support the successful candidate to undertake the training if required.
