Overview

Join a dynamic and thriving dental private practice as a Practice Manager, where your leadership will drive operational excellence and foster a welcoming environment for both staff and patients. This energetic role offers the opportunity to oversee daily clinic operations, manage financial and human resources, and ensure the delivery of exceptional dental care. Your management expertise will help create a smooth-running practice that prioritizes patient satisfaction, team development, and business growth.

Duties

Supervise daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
Lead, motivate, and support staff including dental assistants, hygienists, receptionists, and administrative personnel
Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, billing processes, insurance claims, and revenue tracking to optimize profitability
Oversee human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
Implement policies and procedures that promote compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Coordinate appointment scheduling to maximize patient flow while maintaining a positive patient experience
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional development and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in a healthcare or dental setting with strong management skills
Demonstrated ability to handle financial management tasks effectively within a clinical environment
Experience in human resources practices such as hiring, training, and employee relations
Knowledge of practice management software and dental office operations preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team and interact confidently with patients
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative processes
Veterinary experience is a plus but not required; relevant healthcare management background is highly valued
