Overview
We are seeking a dedicated self employed Cleaners to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing a spotless environment. Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
Clean and sanitise washrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any faults or shortages promptly
Follow health and safety procedures at all times during cleaning activities
Ensure all areas are kept tidy, organised, and presentable throughout the shift
Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, such as carpet or window cleaning

Skills

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes
Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
Reliable with a professional attitude towards hygiene standards and confidentiality
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and prolonged periods on foot

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
