Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. The successful candidate will play a vital part in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives. Excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure sales agreements that align with client requirements and company objectives
Develop customised proposals based on client needs, demonstrating the value of our products or services
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and effective pipeline management
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, IT, and customer service to deliver seamless solutions for clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contractual agreements using CRM systems
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles, preferably within a related industry
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as required for client meetings and presentations
Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant applications
Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Exceptional time management skills to meet sales targets and deadlines
Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering value-added solutions for clients
