Floor Host Supervisor

Canary Wharf, London

40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Flexible working hours based on client needs

We're looking for an experienced Floor Host Supervisor to join the Rapport family at one of our flagship client locations in the heart of Canary Wharf. Main Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach and support a team of three Floor Hosts, ensuring consistently high service standards.
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and implementing new ways of working.
Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the office floors, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-presented workplace.
Act as the escalation point for workplace enquiries and coordinate with Facilities to resolve maintenance and service issues.
Conduct regular floor walks and audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, stock levels and meeting room readiness.
Support office moves, workspace planning, desk bookings and building relocation projects.
Oversee workplace amenities, refreshments and administrative services to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Gather employee feedback to identify opportunities to enhance workplace services.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance and provide leadership as the evening point of contact until 8pm when required.

The ideal candidate will

Has previous experience as a Floor Host Supervisor or in a similar workplace hospitality leadership role.
