We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our growing team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, advising clients, and turning technology requirements into practical solutions. You'll work alongside experienced consultants, architects, engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver technology initiatives that create measurable value.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you'll:

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements, business objectives, and technology challenges.
Design and recommend scalable, secure, and practical technology solutions.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.
Provide technical guidance throughout solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
Work closely with clients to understand their technology environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with software engineers, architects, DevOps specialists, project managers, and business teams.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend modernization, integration, and optimization strategies.
Support cloud, infrastructure, software, data, and enterprise technology initiatives.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, architecture diagrams, and project recommendations.
Support system integration, technical testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
Present technical solutions and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to technical knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements that strengthen client solutions and delivery practices.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Experienced in delivering technology solutions within a consulting, enterprise, or client-facing environment.
Confident communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical decision-making.
Comfortable taking ownership of complex technical challenges from discovery through implementation.
Commercially aware and able to connect technology decisions with business outcomes.
Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels.
Confident presenting ideas, influencing decisions, and building trusted professional relationships.
Passionate about technology and committed to continuous professional development.

Previous experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, cloud engineering, infrastructure, systems integration, or enterprise technology is highly beneficial.
