About the Role

Ready to take your first step towards leadership and management?

We are looking for a motivated Junior Manager to join our team in Manchester. This entry-level opportunity is suited to freshers, graduates and career starters who want to develop practical skills in team coordination, customer service, operations and business management.

Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided, so previous management experience is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily team and operational activities.
Assist with customer service and relationship management.
Help organise team tasks, schedules and priorities.
Support sales and business development activities.
Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members.
Monitor tasks and provide updates to senior colleagues.
Help maintain customer service and operational standards.
Participate in meetings, training and development activities.
Take on additional responsibilities as skills develop.
