Operations Manager

At South West Hygiene, we believe our success comes from our people. As the largest independent washroom services provider in the South West, we're proud to be a family-run business with a reputation for outstanding customer service, high-quality standards and a supportive team culture.

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our three regional depots in Poole, Weston-Super-Mare and Liskeard. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes and working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Leading and supporting our operational teams across our depots in Poole, Weston-Super-Mare and Liskeard.
Encouraging collaboration between teams to make the best use of resources while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Overseeing our Installation Team and associated processes to ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience.
Coaching, motivating and developing colleagues while building strong relationships across operations, customer service and the wider business.
Championing a customer-first culture, empowering teams to deliver thoughtful, practical solutions and continuously improve our service.
Working closely with the Operations Director to deliver the company's operational strategy and business objectives.
Leading and supporting operational improvement projects as required.

Is comfortable travelling between our regional depots, with overnight stays.
