We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator (bank) to join our Administration team at HM/ICR name, a category C Prison located in Nottingham.

HMP Whatton is a busy male prison with a capacity for 850 inmates. We are recruiting for bank administrators to support the wider healthcare team. You will be supporting the team with duties such as booking appointments, data input, dealing with referrals, processing post, dealing with health applications as well as other general admin duties.

The site offers free parking and an on site gym.

Hours

Monday - Friday

0900 - 1700

On bank you can work a maximum of 22.5 hours per week or 90 over a month.

Salary
£13.73 per hour

Qualifications required

English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
Ability to prioritise workload
Excellent communication skills
