Base Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 per year (Depending on experience)

Expected Earnings (OTE): £40,000 – £50,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

ColeRoberts is a premier, independent interior showroom in Loughborough specializing in the design and installation of luxury Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Bedrooms (KBB). We proudly partner with leading premium German manufacturers, delivering cutting-edge aesthetics, engineering excellence, and bespoke spaces for our retail and trade clients.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially-driven KBB Designer & Sales Consultant who is passionate about high-end design, possesses meticulous technical accuracy, and thrives on turning client briefs into stunning, closed sales.

Key Responsibilities

Consultation & Relationship Building: Welcome clients into our luxury showroom, build immediate rapport, and guide them through our product ranges to understand their lifestyle, budget, and design aspirations.
Creative & Technical Design: Utilise Compusoft Winner / Virtual Worlds to produce stunning, photorealistic 3D renders and mathematically precise floor plans.
The Consultative Sale: Present your designs in our dedicated presentation area, demonstrate the value of German engineering, handle objections confidently, and close sales.
Site Surveys & Technical Accuracy: Conduct detailed on-site surveys around Leicestershire to verify measurements, plumbing, and structural elements for a flawless fit.
Ordering & Teamwork: Prepare precise, itemized quote specifications for German manufacturers and collaborate closely with our Showroom Operations Coordinator for smooth ordering and installation.

Requirements

Experience: 2–3+ years of proven success designing and selling kitchens, bathrooms, or bedrooms within a mid-to-high-end showroom.
Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on proficiency with Compusoft Winner and/or Virtual Worlds (or equivalent premium packages like 2020 Fusion / EQ).
Product Knowledge: Experience working with German furniture systems, grid structures, and technical ordering constraints is highly desirable.
Commercial Mindset: Proven ability to close sales, hit targets, and build strong rapport with clients.
Licence: Full UK Driving License (required for client site visits).
