Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this vital role, you will oversee the coordination of transportation, warehousing, and materials handling activities to ensure seamless operations across the supply chain. Your expertise will help optimize logistics processes, improve efficiency, and support the overall success of our distribution network. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and process improvement ideas will make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate transportation schedules using transportation management systems to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
Oversee warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, picking & packing, and materials handling to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize freight costs, delivery times, and service quality.
Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements within logistics workflows.
Support category management initiatives by analyzing supplier performance and inventory data.
Assist in implementing process improvements that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during warehouse activities, including forklift operation and materials handling procedures.

Skills

Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, and warehouse processes.
Experience with logistics
Familiarity with 3PL providers, shipping & receiving protocols, and materials handling techniques.
Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics data for decision-making.
Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
A people person with charisma.
