Overview
We’re on the lookout for friendly, energetic, and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the face of our venue, creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Whether you’re pouring pints, mixing cocktails, or engaging with patrons, your enthusiasm and customer service skills will shine through. Responsibilities

Serve a variety of beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Assist in food preparation and presentation when needed, especially during busy service times or special events like banquets and catering functions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all food handling and food safety standards are met.
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions.
Support banquet and catering events by setting up bar stations and ensuring timely service for large groups.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, alcohol service, and workplace safety practices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special occasions.

Requirements

Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable, especially with banquet or catering experience.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
Experience serving drinks as a bartender or barista is preferred; knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds.
