Job Overview

In this role, you will be the face of entertainment, managing photo booth setups at various events and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. Your vibrant personality, attention to detail, and ability to manage equipment will drive the success of each event. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills while delivering exceptional guest services in a lively environment.

Duties

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot photo booth equipment efficiently at each event location
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, guiding them through the photo-taking process
Manage the flow of guests to ensure smooth operation and minimal wait times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the photo booth area throughout the event
Assist with event coordination by managing guest interactions and addressing any technical issues promptly
Capture high-quality photos, ensuring all guests leave with fun memories
Provide excellent guest services by creating a lively atmosphere and encouraging participation

Requirements

Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
Technical aptitude for operating photo booth equipment and troubleshooting common issues
Ability to stand, walk, and move around comfortably for extended periods during events
Excellent communication skills to explain processes clearly and assist guests effectively
Reliable transportation to various event locations on scheduled dates
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak event seasons as needed
