Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of clerical tasks, ensuring smooth communication within the organisation, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and proficiency in office software to contribute to our team’s efficiency and success.

Duties

Answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Organising and maintaining digital filing systems
Data entry and updating databases using Microsoft Office, Tax Calc & Xero
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Supporting team members with administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
Providing general administrative support across departments

Experience

Proven office experience or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience in data entry and maintaining detailed records
Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices

This position is ideal for organised individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to support a dynamic team through efficient administrative assistance.
