Handle customer requests and sales transactions quickly, professionally, and accurately to ensure repeat business.

Floor Operations & Inventory Handling

Assist with morning floor preparation to ensure customer areas are fully stocked, clean, and visually engaging.
Unpack, inspect, and display incoming inventory, equipment, or promotional displays.
Track product availability and log inventory updates using digital stock check systems.
Maintain workspace safety, cleanliness, and security standards at all times.
Assist team supervisors with basic floor administration and sales reporting.

Team Collaboration & Skill Building

Work closely with floor leads and colleagues to meet daily engagement targets and sales goals.
Pitch in during high-volume trading hours to maintain smooth floor management and short wait times.
Attend shift briefings, sales technique workshops, and product knowledge sessions.
Propose practical ideas to management to help increase customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude, confident communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping people.
Active listening skills to quickly understand customer needs and suggest appropriate options.
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced setting.
Good attention to detail and ease with basic computer tools, tills, or handheld inventory devices.
Strong team spirit and the capability to take initiative independently when required.
Flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including weekends or peak trade times.
