Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Painter & Forklift Driver to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the painting, and logistics operations within a fast-paced industrial environment. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying protective coatings, and safely operating forklifts to handle materials and equipment. Your energetic approach and mechanical aptitude will ensure smooth workflows and high-quality results, supporting our commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellence.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking prior to painting or coating applications
Apply paint, primers, or protective finishes using spray guns or brushes with precision and attention to detail
Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, move, and position materials or equipment within the facility
Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functioning
Handle materials efficiently, including loading and unloading shipments in accordance with safety protocols
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by documenting inventory movements using management systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience in systems and materials handling processes
Valid forklift certification with demonstrated safe operation skills
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic equipment repairs or troubleshooting
Prior warehouse experience involving load & unload activities in a fast-paced setting
Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and documentation requirements
Ability to lift heavy objects regularly and perform physically demanding tasks involving heavy lifting
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and inventory management tasks
