KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and cook food from our casual dining menu with particular attention placed on presentation of food.
Use fresh, seasonal ingredients to create flavourful, comforting dishes with a focus on quality and authenticity from our set menu.
Work efficiently to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food to customers.
Ensure food meets Food Hygiene and Safety Regulations.
Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff.
Assist in food preparation, inventory management and menu planning when required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Ensure the kitchen is organized, well-maintained and kept clean and tidy.
